Why did you decide to start your company?
To give everyone access to high-quality coaching and personal growth. I think it’s the single biggest problem the world faces today — self-awareness and communication are the prerequisites to humanity bridging its divides.
What is one thing that you want people to know about your company?
We’re hiring for engineers :)
When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up? Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?
When my nanny asked me what I wanted to be at three years old, I said “a hero”. I knew I wanted to build a large organization to do something important, although I became interested in entrepreneurship specifically in high school when I saw teenagers become business owners in the first wave of internet entrepreneurs.
What is one piece of advice you’d like to pass on to new founders?
The only way to get past is through.
